1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of services under the following terms:
- One-time Projects (e.g., Performance Marketing, Branding, SEO Setup):
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of making the initial payment. After this period, work may have already begun and a full refund may not be possible.
- Monthly Retainers (e.g., Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media Management):
You may cancel the service by giving a 7-day prior written notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellations after the billing date will be effective from the next cycle.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Full Refund: If the project is canceled by the client within 24 hours of payment and no work has started.
- Partial Refund: If work has started but is not completed, we may offer a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.
- No Refund:
- If the project is already completed or delivered.
- For monthly services after the billing date has passed.
- For any delay or dissatisfaction caused by client-side communication gaps or incomplete information.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
